First glimpse of Korea

Before going to Singapore, I had to spend one night near the airport of Incheon, South Korea. Here are a few things I've seen there.

Extensions in VLC

A general introduction to VLC Extensions.

Starting with version 1.1, users will be able to write their own plugins for VLC, codenamed Extensions. The difference with other VLC modules consists in the language used to write these Extensions: Lua, a simple a lightweight scripting language, embbeded inside VLC media player.

VideoLAN Dev Days '09

The second edition of the VideoLAN Dev' Days will happen on December 19th. This event will be about VideoLAN and particularly VLC media player.

The VideoLAN non-profit organisation is happy to invite you to the multimedia open-source event of this end of year:
VideoLAN Dev Days '09

For the second time, people from the VideoLAN community will meet in Paris to gather, work, discuss and build a stronger community, on the 18th, 19th and 20th of december 2009.

Developers, designers and anonymous people around VLC, DVBlast, VLMa, skin-designer or other multimedia projects will be there.

La Nuit des Troubadours

Cette année la Nuit des Troubadours se déroulera le 10 décembre. Comme d'habitude, rendez-vous sur le campus de l'École Centrale Paris.

La Nuit des Troubadours, c'est la soirée étudiante à ne pas rater. Cette soirée se démarque des bien trop classiques Galas, Bangs/Booms/Whatever dont le seul intérêt réside dans une ambiance alcoolisée et soit-disant musicale. À la Nuit des Troubadours, on peut voir des spactacles assez incroyables de jonglage, d'impro et de théâtre ou alors profiter de concerts avec de vrais artistes.
